From Wednesday 29 October 2025 there will be a congestion charge at six locations in Oxford. Residents can apply for permits with a limited number of day passes. Permits are available for blue badge holders, community health and care workers, patients required to attend frequent hospital appointments in Oxford and many other groups, allowing them to drive through the charge locations without incurring a charge.
